摘　　要：根据渤海湾航线的实际情况,利用规范化安全评估理论(FSA)对烟大铁路轮渡的风险性进行全面分析和评估。通过分析渤海湾船舶航行安全的风险源因素,以火灾为例提出了烟大铁路轮渡航行链过程中的安全对策。According with the actual conditions of routes in Bohai bay,Comprehensive analysis and evaluation the risk of Yantai - Dalian railway ferry is constructed based on formal safety assessment（FSA） in this paper. Then through the analysis risk source of ship navigation safety factors, security measures are proposed for navigation chain process of Yantai - Dalian railway ferry.
