摘  要:目的:优化九香虫脂肪油的提取工艺。方法:采用石油醚回流法,以正交试验设计探讨温度、提取次数、提取时间、料液比等因素对九香虫脂肪油提取率的影响。结果:温度的影响小,选择提取次数、提取时间、料液比三个因素进行正交试验研究。九香虫脂肪油最优工艺条件为提取3次、1.5 h/次、料液比为1∶8,在此条件下九香虫的脂肪油的提取率可达38.25%。结论:优选得到的工艺合理可行,适合九香虫脂肪油的提取。Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of fatty oil from Aspongopus. Methods:Petroleum ether reflux method was used. The effects of temperature,time of extraction, extraction duration and ratio of solvent to material on extraction ratio of fatty oil from Aspingopus were studied. Orthogonal design was adopted. Results:The extraction ratio of fatty oil from Aspingopus was slightly affected by temperature. The time of extraction,extraction duration,and ratio of solvent to material were selected as variable factors. The optimum process conditions of fatty oil from Aspongopus was as follows :the ratio of solvent to material was 1:8, extracting for 3 times and extracting 1.5 h for every time.The extraction ratio of fatty oil was up to 38.25%. Conclusion :This technological process is reasonable and feasible.
