摘　　要：随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展和农村改革的不断深化,农村形势也在各个方面发生着深刻的变化。这些变化对农村共青团的工作内容、方式和对象产生了重大影响,也给农村共青团组织建设带来了新的挑战与机遇。文章着重探讨在新形势下农村共青团组织建设存在的问题及原因,寻求农村共青团建设的有效途径,推动农村共青团发展,提高其服务新农村建设的能力和水平。Along with development of socialist market economy and deepening of rural reform, rural situation has experienced profound changes in every aspect, which has placed great influence, new challenges and opportuni- ties on the contents, means and objects of rural Communist Youth League organizations. This paper discusses the problems and reasons of ru.ral Youth League organization construction, to seek an effective way to construct rural Youth League organizations, push forward rural Communist Youth League development and improve its service to new rural construction.
