儿童桡尺骨远端骨折特殊型的发病及其诊治

摘　　要：报告儿童桡尺骨远端骨折特殊型 1 0 0例。通过对患者损伤时的体位及 X线平片综合分析 ,将此类骨折按临床表现分为 型骨折和 型骨折 ,并分别采用相应手法分别整复 ,均获一次成功。91例经 3个月～ 4年的随访 ,均收到满意疗效。提议将此类骨折做为一种特殊型骨折 ,并统一名称及标准 ,以引起重视 ,指导治疗。To study the clinical therapeutic effect of “GUSHANG YOUSHA” (GSYS, a pure TCD preparation for activating blood circulation and eliminating blood stasis) on delayed union, 98 cases of delayed union were divided into two groups: the treated and the control, which were treated by GSYS and oral notoginseng tablets, respectively. The results observed through 1-3 treatment courses showed that the effective rate of the treated group was 85.6 %, while that of the control was 60.3 % with a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.01), indicating that the external application of GSYS has a definite therapeutic effect on delayed union.
