太原社区女性绝经期H型高血压相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探索影响太原市杏花岭社区绝经期H型高血压患者的危险因素,为社区护理提供理论依据。方法:2012年6月至9月在山西省太原市杏花岭社区筛选出确诊高血压患者,检测空腹血脂、血糖和血浆同型半胱氨酸(hcy),同时测量血压、身高、体重及腰围;问卷了解年龄、吸烟史、饮酒史、高血压史和糖尿病史;采用放射免疫法测定女性H型高血压人群的雌激素(雌二醇,E2)。结果:①H型高血压患者男性hcy水平高于女性(P<0.01);②临床各项调查指标比较结果显示,未绝经H型高血压组与己绝经H型高血压组hcy、E2有统计学差异(P<0.01);③绝经期H型高血压患者E2与hcy呈负相关(P<0.01);④相关变量与hcy的多元线性回归分析中,未发现年龄、血压、吸烟、饮酒、血糖与hcy水平相关(P>0.05)。结论:太原市杏花岭社区绝经期女性人群中雌激素水平低是H型高血压发病的重要影响因素,吸烟、饮酒和血糖可能不是绝经期H型高血压的危险因素。Objective：To explore the risk factors that The menopause H hypertensive patients in Taiyuan Xinghua Ling Community, provided the theoretical basis for the care of Community Care. Methods：From June 2012 to September in Taiyuan, Shanxin Xinghua Ling Community, the patients whose diagnosis with hypertension ; Detecting lipids and blood glucose and filter fasting plasma homoeysteine （ hey）, while measuring blood pressure, height, weight and waist circumference; Questionnairing to understand age, smoking history, drinking history, history of hypertension and history of diabetes ; Measuring estrogen （ estradiol, E2 ） of postmenopausal women with H hypertensive population by radioimmunoassay. Results： ①The hcy level of male patients with H hypertensive was higher than women（P 〈 0.01 ） ;② The clinical indexes comparison results show that hcy, E2 of not postmenopausal H hypertension group and has postmenopausal H hypertension group was statistically difference （P 〈 0.01 ） ; ③Among menopause H hypertensive patients E2 and hey was negatively related （P 〈 0.01 ） ;④The relevant variables and multivariate linear regression analysis of hcy is not found related to age, blood pressure, smoking, drinking and the level of blood sugar （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Tianyuan Xinghua Ling Community, low levels of estrogen in menopausal women was the important factors crowd the H - type hypertension ; smoking, alcohol consumption and blood sugar maybe not risk factors of menopause H - type hypertension.
