摘　　要：在社会主义新农村建设过程中,井冈山市菖蒲古村运用井冈山时期"支部建在连上"的好传统,把党支部建在新农村建设示范点上,充分发挥了基层党组织的坚强堡垒作用,讲党性、作表率、强队伍、建制度、重服务,有重点、有步骤地推进古村的社会主义新农村建设,形成了以党建引领新农村建设的格局,实现了基层党组织建设与农村经济发展的互动双赢,乡村面貌发生了翻天覆地的变化。During the process of building new socialist rural areas, Changpu Village, Jinggangshan City, carrying forward the good tradition of ＂establishing Party branches in companies＂ of the Jinggangshan period, establishes its Party branch on the demonstration site of new socialist rural areas, having brought the fortress function of grass - root Party organization into full play. It emphasizes the party spirit, sets itself a good example, strengthens the team building, enhances institutional development, and improves service, so as to promote the building of new socialist rural areas in the village step by step. It has formed a situation of leading the building of new socialist rural areas by party building, and realized the interaction and win - win between the building of grass - root Party organization and the development of rural economy, thus having brought world - shaking changes to the village.
