摘　　要：本研究基于需求分析探索了我国英语专业研究生的培养。研究收集了国内主要招聘网站的英语专业研究生招聘信息,统计分析了高校和企事业单位招聘英语硕士、博士毕业生的要求,发现用人单位更需要应用型、复合型人才,不仅重视毕业生的学术科研能力,也非常看重他们的英语综合应用能力。基于上述发现,研究提出应为英语专业研究生增设应用性较强的课程,推动跨学科选课,并建立有效的双导师制度。This study probes into English postgraduate cultivation in China based on needs analysis. With the job ad- vertisements collected from the popular job websites, the study analyzes respectively the needs for English postgradu- ates in colleges and those in companies and public institutions. The results show that society needs more high-quality practical talents with multiple skills and a good command of English. Based on the results, the study suggests that in English postgraduate cultivation, more practical courses be added, interdisciplinary studies be encouraged, and an effective double-tutor system be established.
