摘 要:利用XRF、XRD和SEM等测试手段,分析了北海白泥的矿物特征及其对可塑性的影响;以此为基础掺入塑化剂后,通过各种表征手段研究其可塑性的变化。研究表明,北海白泥中片状的无序高岭石结构是其具有一定可塑性且能提高可塑性的内因;将北海白泥沉降处理20 min,掺入0.2wt%腐植酸钠和0.1wt%木质素磺酸钠复合塑化剂后,可塑性指标为9.5 cm.kg,超过了传统高可塑性粘土广东黑泥可塑性(8.60 cm.kg),表明加入复合塑化剂后可塑性增加显著,配制后的北海白泥完全可用于工业生产。Using testing instrument such as XRF,XRD and SEM to analyze the mineral characters of the white mud in Beihai, and its impact to plasticity; based on that and added plasticizing agent to study the change of the plasticity by the various characterization means. The research indicate that the structure of platy disorder kaolinite in Beihai white mud is the internal cause of having plasticity and improving plasticity. After 20 min deposition treatment of Beihai white mud treatment, and mixed compound plasticizer with 0.2wt% sodium humate and 0.1 wt% sodium lignosulphonate, the index of plasticity is 9. 5 cm · kg. It has exceeded the traditional highly plasticity clay-Guangdong black mud plasticity(8.60 cm · kg), which indicates the plasticity will increase remarkably after mixing the compound plasticizer . After confecting the Beihai white mud, it can be totally put into industrial production.
