摘 要:采用季铵盐改性膨润土为吸附材料,活性蓝模拟废水为吸附对象,研究了投加量、pH值、温度、吸附时间及初始浓度对吸附效果的影响,并对季铵盐改性膨润土做了阳离子交换量测定,红外光谱分析和透射电镜分析。实验结果表明季铵盐改性膨润土对活性蓝有很好的吸附效果,最大吸附量为1020.4 mg/g,比改性前提高了23倍。The adsorption capabilities of active blue by sodium base and modified bentonite was studied in this paper. The influence of the dosage of bentonite, the initial pH, initial concentration of active blue on the adsorption effects were inv temperature, adsorption time and estigated. The composite bentonite was characterized by CEC, SEM and IR. Testing results showed that the modified bentonite have strong adsorbing capacities to active blue, the maximum adsorbtion capacities to the active blue is 1020.4 mg/ g for the modified bentonite respectively which had been improved 23 times than the sodium base bentonite.
