摘 要:采用不同种类烧结莫来石、碳化硅、SiO2微粉、Secar71水泥和ρ-Al2O3为主要原料,制备了不同种类莫来石-碳化硅浇注料,研究了浇注料的常温物理性能、高温抗折强度、抗热震性能、耐磨性能和抗碱性能,并借助SEM和EDS进行了显微结构和微区能谱分析。结果表明:富SiO2玻璃相促进试样的烧结,使得加入M45试样的显气孔率最小,强度最大,加入M60试样的显气孔率最大,强度较小;加入M45试样的高温抗折强度、抗热震性能最差,加入M60试样的高温抗折强度、抗热震性能最好;随着莫来石中Al2O3含量的增加,试样的常温耐磨性能逐渐变好,抗碱性能逐渐变差。Mullite-SiC castable was prepared using different sintered mullites, silicon carbide, microsilica, Secar71 cement and ρ-Al2O3 powder as main starting materials. Physical properties at room temperature, hot modulus of rupture, thermal shock resistance, wear resistance and alkali resistance of the castable were investigated respectively. The microstructure and the point compositions were investigated by SEM and EDS analysis as well. The results showed that: SiO2-rich glass can promote samples sintering, so apparent porosity is minimum and strength is maximum of sample added M45 and apparent porosity is maximum and strength is minimum of sample added M60; Hot modulus of rupture and thermal shock resistance of sample added M45 are the worst, while sample added M60 are the best;Wear resistance becomes better and alkali resistance becomes worse of samples with the increase of Al2O3 content of different mullites.
