从发明专利看石英玻璃合成工艺的研究与发展

摘　　要：本文综合了最近40多年来关于石英玻璃研究的发明专利60多篇,从发明专利角度综述了石英玻璃的研究和发展,介绍了石英玻璃制备工艺的发展,重点讲述高纯合成石英玻璃工艺的特点与发展现状。In this paper, invention patents relating to the fabrication of quartz glasses over the latest 40 years are comprehensively collected, the development of quartz glass technology are reviewed from the perspective of invention patent; and the highlight of characteristics and the status of the ultra-high purity quartz glass processes analyzed, especially of the plasma vapor decomposition process.
