E-钙粘素在原发性肾病综合征患者足细胞中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的检测原发性肾病综合征(PNS)患者足细胞中E-钙粘素(E-cadherin)的表达,探讨其在足细胞损伤中的作用。方法经肾穿确诊为足细胞病的原发性肾病综合征30例为PNS组,外科手术切除肾肿瘤周边2 cm以上正常肾组织20例为对照组。免疫组化检测肾E-cadherin的表达,免疫荧光检测Nephrin表达。结果 E-cadherin在PNS组及对照组肾小球足细胞中均不表达;与对照组相比,PNS组肾小管中E-cadherin的表达减少(P<0.05);与对照组相比,PNS组肾小球足细胞Nephrin的表达减少(P<0.05)。结论 E-cadherin不参与足细胞损伤(脱落),参与了肾小管上皮细胞转分化的过程。【Objective】Detection kidney tissue E-cadherin expression in primary nephrotic syndrome（PNS） patients,discuss the role of the podocyte damage.【Methods】Experimental group： The renal puncture biopsies inspection diagnosis of podocyte disease in patients with primary nephrotic syndrome of 30 cases.The control group： The surgical resection 2 cm above renal tumors surrounding normal renal tissue samples from 20 cases.Immunohistochemical detection renal E-cadherin expression.Immunofluorescence detection renal Nephrin expression.【Results】 E-cadherin no expresses in both of PNS group and control group patients＇ glomerular podocyte.Compared with the control,E-cadherin expression in the renal tubular of PNS groups is reduced（P 0.05）.Compared with the control,Nephrin expression in the renal tubular of PNS groups is reduced（P 0.05）.【Conclusion】E-cadherin don＇t participate in podocyte damage.E-cadherin participates in the process of renal tubular Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition.
