摘 要:目的观察IgA肾病患者外周血血小板活化因子(PAF)及血小板活化因子-乙酰水解酶(PAF-AH)的变化,探讨PAF及PAF-AH与IgA肾病疾病进展的相关性。方法选取IgA肾病患者60例设为实验组,正常对照组30例,采用双抗体夹心Elisa法分别检测实验组和正常对照组外周血PAF及PAF-AH水平的变化,同时检测两组红细胞计数、血红蛋白、血小板计数、血脂(胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白和高密度脂蛋白),C反应蛋白、D-二聚体、24 h尿蛋白、血肌酐水平的变化,并采用Pearson相关分析法分析血PAF及PAF-AH与各相关指标的相关性。结果实验组外周血PAF水平明显高于正常对照组,PAF-AH水平不同程度下降,PAF与PAF-AH水平成负(r=-0.568)相关,与红细胞计数、血小板计数、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、C反应蛋白、D-二聚体、血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白呈正相关。结论 IgA肾病患者外周血PAF水平明显升高,PAF-AH下降,提示PAF、PAF-AH与IgA肾病的进展有着密切联系。[ Objective ] To observe the changes of platelet-activating factor (PAF) and platelet-activating factor - acetylhydrolase (PAF-AH) of IgA nephropathy patients, and to explore the correlation between IgA nephropathy and PAF PAF-AH. [Methods] 60 patients with IgA nephropathy in the test group and normal control group of 30 healthy people, peripheral blood levels changes of PAF and PAF-AH of IgA nephropathy patients and normal con- trol group were tested by double-antibody sandwich Elisa, simultaneous tested red blood cell count, hemoglobin, platelet count, blood lipids (cholesterol, triglycerides, low density lipoprotein, high-density lipoprotein), C-reactive protein, D-dimer, 24-hoururine protein, serum creatinine levels changes, and using Pearson correlation analysis of the correlation between blood PAF and PAF-AH with all indicators. [ Results ] Peripheral blood PAF levels of IgA nephropathy were significantly higher than the control group, PAF-AH levels decreased to varying degrees, PAF and PAF-AH levels were negatively (r =-0.568) correlated, were positively correlated with red blood cell count, platelet count, cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein, C-reactive protein, D-dimer, serum creatinine, 24-hour urine protein. [ Conclusion ] PAF levels of IgA nephropathy were significantly elevated, PAF-AH decreased, indicated that PAF, PAF-AH were closely correlation with the progress of IgA nephropathy.
