超声波导入秀碧预防皮肤增生性瘢痕

摘　　要：目的观察秀碧和超声波美容机联合方法预防皮肤增生性瘢痕的疗效。方法将136例创伤患者随机分为治疗组（100例）及对照组（36例）,用75%酒精消毒皮肤,治疗组用秀碧以超声波声头反复均匀地按摩15 min,以强度0.75~1.25 W/cm2,每天1次,至伤口愈合,对照组单纯秀碧外用组,观察两组治疗三个月皮肤愈合瘢痕的形成情况。结果皮肤创伤愈合3个月后,治疗组100例,早期经应用秀碧和超声波联合预防治疗,疗效满意。其中,优70例,良23例,一般5例,差1例,优良率93%,总有效率99%。对照组30例,优8例,良10例,一般9例,差3例,优良率61%,总有效率80%。结论秀碧和超声波美容机联合方法预防皮肤增生性瘢痕的疗效好。[ Objective ] To observe the preventive effect of ultrasonic waves and contractubex on skin scar forma- tion after wound healing. [ Methods ] 136 cases of trauma were randomly divided into treatment group （100 cases） and control group （36 cases）. 75% of alcohol was used for skin disinfection. The patients were massaged 15 min with contraetubex under sonic applicator of ultrasonic waves with 0.75N1.25 W/em2, once every day to wound healing in treatment group. The patient was massaged 15 min only with contractubex in the control group. The healing scars of two groups were observed after 3 months. [ Results] The total effective rate of treatment group was 99%, the total ef- fective rate of control group was 80%. [ Conclusions ] The preventive effect of ultrasonic waves and eontractubex on the skin scar formation after wound healing is excellent.
