摘　　要：目的:通过对广西市属三级甲等综合医院2011年出院患者基本特征及费用分析,了解住院费用的影响因素,为政府和卫生部门控制医疗费用过快增长、完善医疗保险制度、推进新医改进程等提供决策依据。方法:收集2011年广西市属三级甲等医院住院病例374 993例,采用描述性分析方法分析住院患者基本特征及住院费用,采用多重线性回归分析影响住院费用的因素。结果:医院住院费用虚高增长、药费比例过高的现状依然存在。多因素分析提示住院天数、有无手术、年龄、有无输血、入院情况、性别、治疗转归、婚姻状况和支付方式是住院费用的影响因素。结论:广西住院费用控制应以控制住院天数为突破口,调整医疗服务价格体系,减少高额住院费用患者比例,实施单病种管理、优化医院内部流程等来解决。Objectives： Focus on the study of patients＇ characteristics and the related factors contributing to medical cost on all patients of tertiary general hospitals of Guangxi in 2011, in order to provide government and health departments with basis to control unreasonable increase of medical costs, improve the medical insurance system, promote the new medical reform process. Methods：Information of 574 993 cases of hospitalized patients from tertiary municipal hospitals of Guangxi was collected and SPSS 19.0 statistics software package was used to analyze the the profile, disease patterns distribution, structure of medical costs and main contributors related to medical costs. Results： It is found that the phenomenon of rising medical costs of hospitals still existed, and the drugs cost share was large. The total cost of hospitalization was related to the following factors： clays of hospitalization, operation situations, age,blood transfilsions situations, admission condition, gender, efficacy, marriage, and payment methods. Conclusions： In order to reduce hospitalization costs, controlling the days of hospitalization should be taken as a breakthrough, medical service price system he adjusted.the high percentage of higher medical expense be reduced, and the hospital internal procedure be optimized and so on.
