摘　　要：目的:分析乡镇卫生院的现状,提出实行绩效管理的指导思想和具体操作方法。方法:通过对1 801个乡镇卫生院的调查,并采用了有关课题的部分资料和数据进行描述性统计分析。结果:总结了乡镇卫生院的现状,尤其是存在的几个主要问题。结论:卫生院比以前有所改善,但是仍存在许多需要解决的问题。提出了乡镇卫生院明确实行绩效管理的指导思想和方法来提高综合服务水平。Objective： To analyze the present situation of township health centers, the paper puts forward a pedormance management guiding ideology and specific operation method. Methods：Based on the investigation of 1801 township health centers, the suhject part of the material and the data was analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis. Results： The paper summarizes the present situation of township health center, especially the main problems existing. Conclusion： The present situation of township health centers has improved, but still exists many problems. Township health centers put forward how to carry out the guiding ideology and method.
