摘  要:薄壁椭圆形变截面钢管柱在复合荷载作用下的整体和局部稳定性计算尚无具体规范可查。结合实际工程,采用理论分析和有限元分析的方法对某火车站房超高外斜椭圆形变截面钢管柱稳定性进行研究。采用具有等效刚度的弹簧约束模拟柱顶的边界条件,同时结合有限元分析软件正向求解、经典欧拉公式和挠度公式逆向推导的方法来计算其等效轴压刚度EAeq,等效弯曲刚度EIeq和计算长度系数μeq等几何参数。计算结果表明,该超高外斜椭圆形变截面钢管柱受力最大的柱底是整个柱的最薄弱位置;在考虑柱的实际应力的情况下,环向和纵向加劲肋的配合设置,不仅能经济有效地解决局部稳定问题,而且能增大柱的整体刚度,减小柱顶位移。本文研究可为异形大直径薄壁构件的设计提供借鉴。The calculation method for the overall and local stability of thin-walled elliptical column can not be found in current codes. Theoretical analysis and finite element analysis (FEA) were conducted to study the overall and local stability of the ultrahigh and oblique elliptical variable cross-section steel pipe column in a railway station. The boundary condition at the top of the column was perfectly simulated as the spring constraint of the same stiffness. The way of combining FEA with reverse derivation of the Euler formula and defection formula was adopted to obtain the equivalent parameters such as EAeq, EIeq and μeq. It turns out that the bottom of the column is proved to be the most dangerous position. Taking the actual stress of the column into account, the problem of local stability can be solved by the setting of both annular and lengthways stiffening ribs perfectly. The deformation can be controlled at the same time, for the overall rigidity is also strengthened by the ribs. This method can be used as reference to the design of other component of large-diameter and thin-walled section.
