摘　　要：采煤机螺旋滚筒在煤矿生产作业中发挥着极为重要的作用,煤矿中采煤机螺旋滚筒设计十分关键。介绍了螺旋滚筒设计基础,分别从截割块率、装煤效果以及结构强度等方面对具体的设计优化措施进行阐述,介绍了其实际应用情况。The coal mining machine screw roller in coal mine production operation plays an extremely important role in the coal mining machine screw roller design is very key. This paper first introduces the spiral drum design basis, then respectively from the cut piece rate, coal effects and structural strength of concrete design optimization measures are expounded, at last, the paper introduces its practical application.
