摘　　要：以LAY-10G220 V型主令开关为例,阐述了主令开关在煤矿机械中的应用,介绍了电寿命试验的意义,通过小样本随机抽样试验和多方法试验数据分析,确定了产品的寿命分布,给出了产品的可靠性数量特征,为主令开关电寿命可靠性设计提供了依据。The paper to LAY-10G220V main-switch as an example, it eiaoorates u,z t~,~l in coal mine machine, introduces the electric life test of significance, Through a small random sample test and a method of test data analysis, This is used to decide the distribution of the life of the products, and it also gives out the feathue of the number of reliable products. So it can be used to guide the reliability design of the main-switch electrical life.
