摘　　要：以CA6140型普通车床为改造对象,阐述车床数控化改造的方案、工作原理,说明如何改造现有的普通车床,提出机械与数控部分改造的方法与步骤,对企业进行数控化技术改造具有一定的借鉴意义。Taking example for CA6140 common lathe,we represented the scheme and operating principle of the NC reforming of lathe and how to reform existing common lathe. We showed method and process of NC system design, and offered a way of NC reforming for corporations.
