摘　　要：分析MG100/238-WD加强型采煤机在神华乌海能源有限责任公司公乌素煤矿1201综采工作面实际使用中出现的故障,针对此情况,对采煤机的液压系统、制动器等进行分析,在实际使用过程中对采煤机进行改进,使其更符合实际生产的需要,提高开机率。This paper investigates operational failure of the enhanced MG100/238-WD shearer working on fully mechanized coal mining face of Wusu coal mine of Shenhua Wuhai energy limited liability company. For this problem, the analysis of hydraulic system and brake of shearer was carried out. In actual using, shearer is improved which satisfies the needs of actual production and rises operation rate.
