摘　　要：减速箱广泛应用于机械设备中,大型减速箱通常是设备重要组成部分,大型减速箱箱体开裂通常导致重大生产事故,造成重大经济损失并引发人身安全事故。减速箱箱体开裂的原因通常不是单一因素引发,为此对减速箱箱体破裂进行全面多专业多学科综合分析尤为重要,以此提供改进方案,提升产品质量。A gearbox is widely used in machinery and equipment. A large gearbox is usually an important component of the equipment, whose cracking usually leads to serious accidents in production and causes great economic loss and personal safety accidents. The cracking is not usually caused by a single factor. So comprehensive professional multidisciplinary analysis to the cracking of a gearbox is particularly important, with which we can provide the scheme of improvement and increase the quality of products.
