摘 要:苯并噁嗪是一类新型的热固性树脂,它以良好的机械性能、热稳定性、可加工性、分子可设计性以及固化无小分子释放等优点而备受关注。然而,苯并噁嗪树脂存在的脆性大、韧性差等不足也是其研究改进的焦点。本文概述了近年苯并噁嗪树脂的研究进展,着重介绍了课题组在聚苯并噁嗪/POSS杂化材料方面的研究思路和具体实例。聚苯并噁嗪/POSS杂化材料研究结果表明,杂化结构的引入能明显改善苯并噁嗪树脂的综合性能,这对苯并噁嗪树脂及其复合材料以及其它热固性树脂体系的研究具有一定的指导意义。Benzoxazine is a new type of thermosetting resin, which has attracted much attention because of its good mechanical properties, thermal stability, processability, molecular designability and no small molecules released during curing etc. However, the brittleness and poor toughness of the curing resins are still called for improvement. This paper reviewed research achievements of benzoxazine resins in recent years, in which the ideas and methods for the development of polybenzoxazines/POSS hybrid materials were mainly introduced and illustrated with specific examples. Those results revealed that the comprehensive performance of materials were significantly improved via the introduction of hybrid structures, which has certain directive significance on the development and application of benzoxazines resin and its composite materials and the other thermosetting resin.
