血液透析治疗小儿肾功能衰竭(附5例报告)

摘　　要：应用血液透析治疗小儿急、慢性肾功能衰竭 5例 ( 2例ARF ,3例CRF)共 2 30例次。结果显示 1例急进性肾炎伴ARF ,透析 2次 ,辅以其他治疗获痊愈 ;1例肾病综合征伴ARF ,透析 16次 ,死于多脏器衰竭 ;2例慢性肾炎和 1例婴儿型肾病伴CRF ,分别维持性透析 10 3次 ,90次和 19次 ,2例准备肾移植。 4例出现心血管并发症 ,3例CRF贫血用促红细胞生成素治疗。本文探讨了小儿血透的特点 。In this paper,5 childern with acute renal failure (ARF,n=2) and chronic renal failure (CRF,n=3) were treated by hemodialysis for altogether 230 times.The results were as follows:One case of aggravating nephritis with ARF was cured by hemodialysis (only twice) combined with other therapy.One case of nephropathy syndrome with ARF died of multiple organs failure after hemodialysis for 16 times.Hemodialytic times of two cases of nephritis and one case of infantile nephropathy with CRF were 103 times,90 times and 19 times respectively,two cases of hemodialysis were planned to kidney transplantation,and three cases of CRF with anemia were treated by erythropoietin.Finally,the feature and cardiovascular complication of hemodialysis were discussed in children cases.
