沙河蓄能电站机组二次设备国产化改造

摘　　要：沙河抽水蓄能电站针对进口机组保护、励磁系统和静止变频器等二次设备老化、故障频发、备品备件价格昂贵以及技术服务渠道不畅等问题,决定对进口机组二次设备进行国产化改造。详细介绍了机组保护、励磁系统和静止变频器的国产化改造。实际运行表明,改造后的二次设备运行稳定、可靠,性能提升,对比进口设备节约近千万元,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。The devices of unit protection and excitation systems and the Static Frequency Converter （SFC） in Shahe Pumped- storage Power Station are aged and failure-prone. Because of expensive spare parts and poor technical service, these devices are decided to be modified by domestic manufacture. The localized modifications of unit protection system, excitation system and SFC are introduced herein. The actual operation shows that the operation of modified secondary devices is stable and reliable, the performances are improved, and the modifications can save tens of millions Yuan when comparing with device import. The localized modifications have zood economic and social benefits.
