摘  要:通过对不同钢纤维体积率、聚丙烯纤维掺量下,混合纤维增强全轻混凝土的弯曲韧性进行试验表明:混合纤维全轻混凝土的弯曲初裂强度、等效弯曲强度、弯曲韧性比以及弯曲韧性指数均随着钢纤维体积率的增加而明显提高,等效弯曲强度和弯曲韧性比随着聚丙烯纤维掺量增加而较大提高,弯曲初裂强度和弯曲韧性指数随聚丙烯纤维掺量变化较小,单纯考虑弯曲韧性比时可采用聚丙烯纤维等效钢纤维以降低材料自重。The flexural toughness of hybrid fiber reinforced full-fightweight concretes with different volume fraction of steel fiber and mass content of polypropylene fiber are studied by experiments. The results show that the flexural cracking-strength, equivalent fiexural strength, flexural toughness rate and flexural toughness index of hybrid fiber reinforced full-lightweight concrete increase obviously with the increasing of volume fraction of steel fiber, the equivalent flexural strength and flexural toughness rate increase with the increasing of mass content of polypropylene fiber while the flexural cracking-strength and flexural toughness index vary a little, and the equal flexural toughness rate can be got by polypropylene fiber replacing steel fiber to lighten material gravity.
