摘　　要：目的:建立复方夏枯草搽剂中盐酸小檗碱和补骨脂素、异补骨脂素的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:采用Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(45∶55)为流动相,流速1.1 mL.min-1,柱温40℃,检测波长265nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱和补骨脂素、异补骨脂素线性范围分别为21.0～315.0μg.mL-1(r=0.9994)、14.4～216.0μg.mL-1(r=0.9996)、17.3～260.0μg.mL-1(r=0.9997)。回收率(n=6)分别为97.9%、98.5%、98.9%;RSD分别为1.5%、1.3%、0.9%。结论:该方法可用于复方夏枯草搽剂的质量控制。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride,psoralen and isopsoralen in compound Xiakucao liniment.Methods：A Zorbax SB-C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid（45∶ 55） at the flow rate of 1.1 mL·min^-1,the column temperature was 40 ℃,and the detection wavelength was set at 265 nm.Results： The linear ranges of berberine hydrochloride,psoralen and isopsoralen were 21.0-315.0 μg·mL^-1（r=0.9994）,14.4-216.0 μg·mL^-1（r=0.9996）,17.3-260.0 μg·mL^-1（r=0.9997）,respectively;the average recoveries（n=6） was 97.9%,98.5%,98.9% with RSDs of 1.5%,1.3%,0.9%,respectively.Conclusion：The method can be used for quality control of compound Xiakucao liniment.
