摘 要:本试验研究了连翘酯苷对内毒素(LPS)诱导的肉鸡法氏囊中一氧化氮(NO)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明:连翘酯苷组中T-AOC、T-SOD和GSH活性明显升高,与正常组比较差异显著(P<0.05);LPS组中NO和MDA含量明显升高,T-AOC、T-SOD和GSH活性明显降低,与正常组比较差异显著(P<0.05);连翘酯苷治疗组中NO和MDA含量明显降低,T-AOC、T-SOD和GSH活性明显升高,与LPS组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。研究结果表明:连翘酯苷可提高肉仔鸡抗氧化功能,并且可以抑制由LPS引起的氧化反应。This experiment was conducted to study the effect of forsythiaside on nitric oxide (NO),total antioxidative capacity (T-AOC), total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD), gluta thione peroxidase (GSH) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the bursa of Fabricius of broiler chicken induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). The results showed that the activity of T-AOC, T-SOD and GSH in forsythiaside group were significantly elevated compared with normal control group (P〈0.05). The contents of NO and MDA in LPS group were significantly elevated,and T-AOC,T-SOD and GSH activity was significantly reduced compared with normal control group (P〈0.05). The contents of NO and MDA in forsythiaside treatment group were significantly reduced and T-AOC, T-SOD and GSH activity was significantly elevated compared with LPS group (P〈0.05). The results indicated that forsythiaside could significantly improve antioxidant status and inhibit oxidation reaction caused by LPS.
