摘 要:基于框架阻尼填充墙(DIW)的构造和原理,设计一种以SBS改性沥青卷材(SBS卷材)为阻尼层的阻尼填充墙单元(DIWU)构造方案。制作三榀SBS卷材层数不同的DIWU试件和一榀普通砌体墙单元(CIWU)试件,对其进行拟静力试验,研究DIWU的性能,揭示SBS卷材层数对DIWU性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:①以SBS卷材作为阻尼层的DIWU构造方案是可行的,能成功实现"变形集中于阻尼层,砌体单元平动"的预期机制和设计目标;②以SBS卷材作为阻尼层的DIWU耗能机理明确,滞回曲线饱满,耗能能力强,等效黏滞阻尼系数可达0.27以上;③以SBS卷材作为阻尼层的DIWU随着卷材层数的增多,抗侧刚度减小,侧向变形能力增强;④设置双层SBS卷材作为阻尼层的DIWU构造方案为较优方案。Based on the construction and the principle of damped infill wall (DIW) , a construction scheme for DIW units that setting SBS modified asphalt membrane (SBS-MAM) as the units' damping layer was designed. Four specimens including three DIW unit specimens with SBS-MAM layer of different thickness and a conventional infill wall (CIW) unit specimen were constructed and tested by quasi-static-test method. Based on the test results, the mechanical properties of the DIW unit was examined and studied, also, the influence of the amount of SBS-MAM on the performance of DIW units was investigated. It was found that: (~)The construction scheme that setting SBS membranes as DIW units' damping layer was feasible, which succefully achieved the expected mechaniam and the design aim that deformation of the DIW unit mainly focuses on its damping layer with its masonry unit translating as a whole. (~)Having an explicit energy dissipation mechanism, the DIW unit with SBS-MAM layers owns excellent energy dissipation capacity, plumper shuttle hysteretic curve, and high equivalent-damping-coefficients value which reaches above 0.27. (~)The influence of the SBS-MAM amount on DIW units' property shows obvious regularity: the greater amount of SBS-MAM, the less lateral stiffness and the stronger lateral deformation capacity of the DIW unit. @The optimal construction scheme for DIW units is that setting two SBS-MAM layers as the units' damping layer.
