摘 要:提出一种新型简易隔震支座——工程塑料板橡胶隔震支座,该支座采用不饱和聚酯纤维加强复合材料板替代普通橡胶支座中的钢板,具有重量轻、造价低、便于运输与施工、适合于低矮村镇建筑等优点。对该支座进行了系统的压缩特性、水平剪切特性、压应力相关性、剪应变相关性、竖向极限特性等力学性能试验。根据试验结果给出了该隔震支座的界限性能曲线,在此基础上提出了该支座的合理设计区域。将该新型简易隔震支座应用于某农村3层砌体抗震示范楼,对该隔震体系建立了精细化有限元模型并进行了动力时程有限元分析,完成了该实际工程的隔震设计和隔震支座布置。针对低矮村镇建筑,提出了一整套采用这种简易隔震支座的连接构造措施与施工工艺。这种经济有效、简单易行的隔震技术可望在不发达村镇地区普及推广,具有重要的现实意义与应用前景。This paper presents a novel simple isolator, in which the unsaturated polyester fiber reinforcement engineering plastic sheet is used to replace steel sheet within rubber bearing to produce lightweight, cost-effective isolator for application to rural building. A systematical experiment of the new type isolator is carried out to investigate its mechanical characteristics, including compression, shear, relativity between compression and shear, and ultimate properties of the simple isolator. The curve of limitation property of the new simple isolator is presented, and therefore the reasonable design area of the new isolator is advised. This simple seismic isolation technology is employ to a 3-story masonry structure, which is a typical demonstration building for earthquake protection in the countryside. Finite element model of the building is developed in this paper. The optimal arrangement of the new isolators is designed and then nonlinear time-history analysis of the isolated structure is conducted. A connection construction scheme is put forward for low-rise rural building. This simple isolation technology provides scientific and technological support for popularizing seismic isolation technology in underdeveloped rural area, which is of theoretical and practical significances.
