摘 要:以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为载体采用湿法纺丝制备聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)/PVA初生纤维,然后进行烧结、拉伸后处理得到PTFE纤维,考察了烧结温度、烧结时间和拉伸倍数对PTFE纤维力学性能的影响,讨论了强酸和强碱对PTFE纤维的腐蚀作用。结果表明:较佳的后处理工艺是烧结温度380℃,烧结时间30 min,拉伸倍数5,制得的PTFE纤维的线密度为14.60 dtex,断裂强度为0.871cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为261.26%,模量为0.525 cN/dtex;PTFE纤维具有优异的耐酸碱腐蚀性能。An as-spun polytetrafluoroethylene/polyvinyl alcohol (PTFE/PVA) fiber was prepared using PVA as a carrier by wet spinning process and was produced into PTFE fiber after sintering and drawing post-treatment process. The effect of sintering temperature and time and draw ratio on the mechanical properties of PTFE fiber was investigated. The corrosion behaviors of con- centrated sulfuric acid and caustic soda were studied. The results showed that the obtained PTFE fiber had the linear density of 14.60 dtex, breaking strength 0.871 cN/dtex, elongation at break 261.26% , modulus of 0.525 cN/dtex and significantly excellent corrosion resistance against acid and alkali when the post-treatment process conditions were optimized as followed: sintering temperature 380 ℃ and time 30 min, draw ratio 5.
