女性领导特质对企业战略转型风险免疫行为的影响机制研究

摘　　要：在回顾组织免疫理论、女性领导特质以及企业战略转型风险管理相关文献资料的基础上,从组织免疫的视角,考虑企业战略转型的过程和阶段划分,首先提出企业战略转型风险的应对实质是一种包含认知(风险识别和信息传递)、防御(战略变异、选择和协调)、记忆(转型知识编码和储存)的免疫行为,进而提出与该免疫行为相关的女性企业领导的直觉敏锐力、应急组织力、果断决策力、环境营造力等特质维度。更进一步,构建出女性领导特质对企业战略转型风险免疫行为的研究假设和理论模型。实证分析结果表明:企业战略转型中女性领导的直觉敏锐力强化了企业转型风险免疫的认知维,应急组织力和果断决策力强化了企业转型风险免疫的防御维,环境营造力强化了企业转型风险免疫的记忆维,且企业战略转型风险免疫的认知、防御和记忆维度构成了一个正向作用的循环过程。Based on the review of the organizational immune theory and related literature of female leading characteristics and the risk management of enterprise strategic transition from the view-point of organization immune, considering the process and phase classification of the enterprise strategy transition, the essence of response to enterprise strategic transition risk is put forward firstly. It is a kind of immunological behavior which includes the cognition（risk identification and information transformation）, the defense（strategic variation, selection and coordination） and the memory（encoding and storage of transition knowledge）. And then some dimensions of female leading characteristics relative to this immunological behavior such as intuition acumen ability, emergency organization ability, decision-making ability and environmental construction ability are brought forward. and theoretical model of the Furthermore, the hypothesis relationship between female leading characteristics and enterprise strategic transition risk immunological behavior are presented. The empirical analysis result show that the cognition dimension of enterprise transition risk immune is enhanced by the intuition acumen ability, the defense dimension of enterprise transition risk immune is promoted by the emergency organization ability and the decision-making ability, the memory dimension of enterprise transition risk immune is strengthened by the environmental construction ability. In addition, the cognition, the defense and the memory dimensions of enterprise transition risk immune have constituted a cycle process with positive effect.
