摘 要:采用田间试验,以烟草专用复合肥为对照,研究4种不同生物有机肥与烟草专用复合肥配施对烤烟根际土壤微生物及酶活性的影响.结果表明,与CK相比,施用生物有机肥明显增加了根际土壤中细菌、放线菌、真菌数量,提高了脲酶、过氧化氢酶活性,其中生物有机肥A在整个烟叶生长进程中对细菌数量影响更显著,并且显著增加了旺长期细菌、真菌、放线菌数量,且对烟叶生长中期脲酶活性影响较大;生物有机肥D显著增加了旺长期放线菌数量;从移栽35 d到50 d,生物有机肥A,生物有机肥D增加了多酚氧化酶活性,促进更多的有机质分解并被烟叶吸收;生物有机肥C显著增加烟叶生长进程中过氧化氢酶活性;生物有机肥B仅对烟叶生长前期放线菌、脲酶、多酚氧化酶影响较大.A无论对烤烟根际土壤微生物数量还是土壤酶活性、生物有机肥作用均最明显.Field experiments were carried using tobacco-specific chemical fertilizer as control, to study the impact of application of four different bio-organic fertilizer with tobacco specific chemical fertilizer in rhizosphere soil microorganisms and enzyme activities of flue-cured tobacco. Experimental results show that: compared with CK, bio-organic fertilizer significantly increased the number of bacteria, actinomyce and fungi in the rhizosphere soil, and improved the activities of uraese, polyphenol oxidase and hydrogen peroxidase. Among those different bio-organic fertilizers, bio-organic fertilizer A affected the number of bacteria in the entire tobacco growth process more significantly, and significantly increased the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in the vigorous period. Moreover, it had much greater impact on the uraese activity in the mid-term of flue-cured tobacco. Bio-organic fertilizer D significantly increased the number of actinomycetes in the vigorous period. From 35 days to 50 days after transplanting, bio-organic fertilizer A, bio-organic fertilizer D increased polypheuol oxidase activity, promoted more organic matter decompose and absorbed by flue-cured tobacco. Bio-organic fertilizer C significantly increased the activity of hydrogen peroxidase in the total growth process of tobacco. Bioorganic fertilizer B only had a greater impact on the actinomycetes, urease, polyphenol oxidase in tobacco early growth stage. Either on micro-organisms or on enzyme activities, T1 had the most obvious effection.
