摘  要:通过田间试验,研究了不同氮肥水平对烤烟质体色素和碳氮代谢关键酶活性及品质的影响,结果表明,随着施氮量的增加,烟叶质体色素含量及其碳氮代谢关键酶活性升高,其中,低氮处理的硝酸还原酶活性下降时间提前,烟株以氮代谢为主转向以碳代谢为主时间前移;高氮处理的硝酸还原酶活性下降时间推迟,阻碍了烟叶碳氮代谢的适时转化,不利于烟叶成熟落黄;中氮处理的烟株碳氮代谢协调.从烤后烟叶品质来说,随着施氮量的增加,含氮化合物含量升高,而碳水化合物含量则随之下降.总体来说,中氮处理各成分含量适宜、比例协调,利于生产优质烟叶.The field experiments were conducted to study the effects of various nitrogen levels on plastid pigment, carbon-nitrogen metabolism and quality of flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that as nitrogen level increased the plastid pigment of the three kinds of the activeness of key enzymes en- hanced. Among them,the low nitrogen level nitratase activity declined ahead of time, the conversion of nitrogen metabolism to carbon metabolism forward, and the nitrogen metabolism was weaker than carbon metabolism. However at high nitrogen level, it was the opposite;the mid-level of nitrogen was inductive to carbon and nitrogen metabolism. From quality of flue-cured tobacco, as nitrogen level increased, nitrogen compounds rose, while carbohydrate content decreased. In conclusion, the mid-level of nitrogen have proper and proportioned chemical components, and it is conducive to the production of high quality tobacco.
