摘 要:以ADAMS软件为平台,利用ADAMS/View模块和ADAMS/Hydraulics模块建立了平行杆翻转液压举升机构的机-液耦合仿真模型,并以液压系统的油缸最大举升力为优化目标对举升机构的机-液耦合模型进行优化设计,得到了液压缸安装支点的最佳布置方案以及合适的液压泵流量.经过优化的举升机构,油缸举升力和举升平台的速度随举升角的变化幅度变得平缓,且油缸的最大举升力显著下降.The mechanic-hydraulic coupled simulation model of the hydraulic turnover mechanism consisting of four parallel connecting rods is built in the paper by using the primary module of ADAMS software: ADAMS/View and ADAMS/ Hydraulics. Then taking the maximum cylinder lifting force as the objective, the optimization design of the mechanic-hydraulic coupled simulation model is processed with the help of ADAMS software. Finally, the optimal layout scheme for the position of hydraulic cyl- inder and the appropriate flow rate of the flow source are obtained. In terms of the optimized model of the lifting mechanism, the cylinder lifting force plot becomes gentler in contrast to the initial model, so does the acceleration plot of the lifting platform. Furthermore, the maximum cylinder lifting force of the optimized model decreases remarkably compared with that of the initial model.
