摘  要:针对高碱度水厂水夏季残余铝超标问题,选取4种不同铝盐絮凝剂考察其混凝效果及残余铝情况,同时考察投加一定量FeCl3和KMnO4优化混凝控制残余铝效果.结果表明,pH值和温度是影响混凝过程残余铝控制的重要因素;AlCl3和Al2(SO4)3混凝去除浊度和DOC效果良好,同时残余铝含量较低;Fe和Mn均能达到优化混凝控制出厂水残余铝含量在0.2 mg.L-1以下的要求.In order to minimize the residual aluminum levels in the treatment of factory water with high alkalinity in summer, we chose four coagulants to investigate the coagulation effect and the situation of residual aluminum. Simultaneously, we also investigated the effect of the residual aluminum control by dosing some FeCI3 and KMnO4. The results showed that pH value and temperature were the important influence factors on the residual aluminum control. A1C13 and A12 ( SO4 ) 3 were very effective on the turbidity and DOC removal, and they could control the residual aluminum at low levels. Fe and Mn brought about marked influence on residual aluminum control during coagulation process. By means of adding Fe and Mn, we could control the residual aluminum consistence under the level of 0.2 mg · L^-1
