摘　　要：目的:观察非营养性吸吮(nonnutritive sucking,NNS)、音乐治疗(music therapy,MT)及非营养性吸吮联合音乐治疗(NNS+MT)在缓解2～6月龄急性支气管炎婴儿静脉采血疼痛中的作用。方法:收集2010年1月至2011年12月在广州市越秀区儿童医院住院部收治的2～6月龄急性支气管炎患儿108例作为研究对象,按照住院号从小到大顺序进行1、2、3、4循环编号,依次分为NNS组、MT组、NNS+MT组以及空白对照(Control)组。干预措施在采血前1min开始持续10min,Control组不予以干预措施。收集采血前后的HR、SpO2的数值变化并同时应用FLACC疼痛量表法进行评分,比较各种干预措施缓解疼痛的临床效果。结果:四组间基本情况均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。疼痛刺激后HR、SpO2和FLACC疼痛量表法评分的波动变化,由小到大依次均为NNS+MT组、MT组、NNS组、Control组。结论:2～6月龄急性支气管炎婴儿静脉采血疼痛可以通过NNS联合MT、MT或NNS来缓解,其中NNS联合MT效果最佳。Objective To investigate the effects of nonnutritive sucking （NNS）, music therapy （MT） and the combination of NNS with MT （NNS＋MT） on pain elicited by venous sampling in age 2 - 6 months infants with acute bronchitis. Methods 108 infants, aged 2 - 6 months, with acute bronchitis, hospitalized in Yuexiu Children＇s Hospital of Guangzhou from Jan 2010 to Dec 2021 were sequentially assigned into 4 groups： NNS group, MT group, NNS＋MT group and control group. Infants in NNS group, MT group and NNS ＋ MT group received interventions 1 minute before venous sampling and lasted for 10 minutes, those in control group received no intervention. The values of HR and SpO2 before and after venous sampling were evaluated, and the score of FLACC was calculated. Results There was no significant difference in the baseline of infants between the 4 groups （P 〉 0.05）. The changes of HR, SpO2 and FLACC scores were increased sequentially from NNS ＋ MT group, MT group, NNS group to control group. Conclusion Pain elicited by venous sampling in infants aged 2 - 6 months could be relieved by NNS combined with MT, or MT or NNS alone, and the effects of NNS combined with MT was the best.
