华南地区近年腹膜透析状况及与较发达国家或地区对比分析

摘　　要：目的:了解华南地区腹膜透析(PD)现状,提高PD治疗和管理水平。方法:选择近6年植入PD导管进行PD治疗的236例终末期肾脏病患者作为研究对象,这些患者均来自华南地区,对其各项资料进行回顾性登记和统计,先将患者资料逐项登记输入Microsoft Excel做数据处理,再与其他部分较发达国家和地区的数据做对比分析。结果:新入PD患者在年龄和原发病构成、腹膜透析相关腹膜炎感染率、患者生存率等方面与其他较发达国家或地区均有不同。结论:华南地区PD患者治疗和管理质量仍需提高。Objective To investigate the current status of peritoneal dialysis （PD） in South China, and to improve the treatment and management of PD. Methods Data of 236 patients with end stage renal disease, underwent PD therapy in South China were retrospectively collected; and were inputted into Microsoft excel sheets, processed and then compared with those from other relatively developed countries or areas. Results Age, primary disease, rates of peritonitis associated with PD and survival rates in patients in South China were different from those from other relatively developed countries or areas. Conclusion The quality of treatment and management of PD in South China still need to be improved.
