摘　　要：非圆行星齿轮机构正常工作的关键就是设计出合理的非圆齿轮节圆曲线。通过对非圆齿轮液压马达的工作原理进行论述,并对其多个参数进行详细的理论推导;在此理论分析的基础上,采用Matlab为工具,以四六型液压马达为例,分别对外齿轮、内齿轮的节曲线方程进行数值求解。The key to normal operation of on-circular planetary gear mechanism is to design an Appropriate pitch curve for on-cir- cular gear. After the operating principle of hydraulic motor with non-circular gear was discussed, a detailed theoretical derivation for multi parameters is given; based on this theoretical analysis, by using Matlab as a tool and taking four-six hydraulic motor as an example, the pitch curve of both external and internal gears is solved respectively.
