摘  要:长距离输水管线初次通水是对设计、施工、管理的全面考验,其中通水方案对系统初次通水及安全运行起到至关作用。重力流输水系统因其控制手段少,控制效果反馈迟滞,通水方案难以科学确定。结合我国西北地区某重力流长距离输水管道初次通水工程实例,多方面对比分析了不同通水方案的利弊,最终确定最优方案为分段通水方案。针对不同工程特点进行通水方案对比优选,可有效指导工程初次通水,保证管线安全运行。Initial water filling in long-distance water of design, construction and management. An initial water transmission pipeline is a comprehensive test filling scheme plays the key role for the safety of the pipeline system. It is difficult to scientifically determine the initial water filling scheme for gravity flow water supply system due to less control means and feedback delay of control effect. Based on the ini- tial water filling project of a gravity flow long-distance water transmission pipeline in northwest China, the advantages and disadvantages of different water filling aspects. It was determined that the segment water schemes were compared and analyzed from many filling teristics of different projects, the optimization of water scheme was the optimal choice. For the charac- filling scheme can effectively guide the trial of the project and simultaneously guarantee the safety of pipeline operation.
