摘 要:采用序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR),以河道底泥制成的陶粒为填料,在低温、低气水比下处理微污染河水。结果发现:当温度为4~10℃、气水比为0.25∶1时,SBBR反应器对浊度、CODMn和NH4+-N的平均去除率分别为65.3%、35.4%和87.7%,与同气水比和常温(20~25℃)下的去除率接近,出水浊度为5.2~23.1 NTU、CODMn为2.7~4.1 mg/L、NH4+-N<0.5 mg/L;由于采用序批式运行,反应器内生物膜分布均匀、溶解氧充足、长期运行无需反冲洗、生物量大并有利于世代长的微生物生长,这均有利于保持低温、低气水比下对污染物的去除效果。Sequencing batch biofilm reactor (SBBR) packed with ceramic media from river sedi- ment was used to treat micro-polluted raw water with low temperature and low air-water ratio. The results indicated that when the air-water ratio was 0.25 : 1 and temperature was 4 to 10 ℃, the average removal rates of turbidity, CODM, and NH4 - N were 65.3%, 35.4% and 87.7%, respectively, which were close to the results achieved at temperature of 20 to 25 ℃ and the same air-water ratio. The correspond- ing effluent indexes were 5.2 to 23.1 NTU, 2.7 to 4.1 mg/L and 〈 0.5 mg/L, respectively. Due to the sequencing batch operation, the reactor had an uniform biofitm distribution, sufficient DO, no backwash- ing, high biomass and was favorable for growth of microorganisms, which were helpful for pollutants re- moval at low temperature and low air-water ratio.
