摘 要:采用对比试验,分别考察了恒温[(25±2)℃]和变温(10~20℃)条件下自主设计的笼状填料式ABR反应器处理啤酒废水的启动情况,分析了启动阶段COD的变化及其影响因素,并探讨了ABR反应器各隔室pH值的变化与微生物种群及其功能的关系。结果表明,恒温条件下ABR的启动更快;变温条件下ABR有一定的适应期,启动时间相对较长;ABR内pH值的变化规律满足厌氧条件下微生物种群逐室变化及废水中污染物逐级转化的需求;笼状填料具有增加接触面积、改善水力条件和有效截污的作用;启动阶段的容积负荷宜逐步提高。Contrast experiments were used to investigate the start-up of packed cage ABR for brew- ery wastewater treatment at constant temperature of (25 ±2)℃ and variable temperature of 10 to 20℃. The variation in COD and influence factors in the start-up stage were analyzed. The relationship of varia- tion in pH to the microbial populations and their functions in each room of the ABR was discussed. The results showed that the start-up time of ABR was shorter at constant temperature, and was longer at varia- ble temperature due to an adaptation period. The variation of pH value in each room of ABR met the needs of distribution of the microbial populations in each room and the gradual conversion of pollutants in wastewater under the anaerobic conditions. The objectives of the packed cage were increasing the contact area, improving the hydraulic condition and intercepting the pollutants effectively. The volume load should be gradually increased in the start-up stage.
