摘  要:目的:为政府职能部门制订相关政策及药品零售企业改善经营提供参考。方法:针对药品消费者满意度测评中存在着药品种类、药店位置、药品质量等8个影响因素间的多重共线性问题,借助统计学EViews6.0软件,利用逐步回归法解决多重共线性问题,建立了药品消费者满意度测评的回归模型,将回归模型与样本数据进行拟合并进行残差分析。结果与结论:药品种类、药店位置和药品质量是影响药品消费者满意度的主要原因。回归模型较好地拟合了样本数据,逐步回归拟合效果明显,成功消除了多重共线性的影响;所得的测试值与实际值标准化残差估计值为-2~+2,呈正态分布。逐步回归法所建立的数学模型有效,可用于药品消费者满意度测评。OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for the pharmaceutical retail enterprises to improve the management and for government function department to make the policies. METHODS: According to the problem of multicoUinearity among 8 influetial factors in the satisfaction measurement of drug customers, such as drug types, drugstore location, drug quality. EViews 6.0 statistical software was used, and Stepwise regression method was used to solve the problem of multicollinearity. The regression model was established, and then regression model was fitted with sample data for residual analysis. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: Drug types, drugstore location and drug quality are the most important reasons for the drug customers satisfaction. The sample data has been fitted well with regression model, and the results show that Stepwise regression method gives the best result; multicollinearity is avoided successfully. The standardized residual of measured value and surveyed value ranges between -2-+2, showing statistically normal distribution. Effective model has been established effectively with Stepwise regression method.
