摘 要:目的:建立注射用氨磷汀的含量测定方法。方法:以乙酰丙酮-甲醛为衍生化试剂,硼酸-醋酸为缓冲液,将氨磷汀经衍生化后采用紫外分光光度法测定其含量,检测波长为369nm。结果:氨磷汀检测质量浓度线性范围为0.75~5mg/m(lr=0.9991),平均回收率为100.61%,RSD为1.94%(n=3)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,适用于注射用氨磷汀的含量测定。OBJECTIVE: To develop a method for the content determination of Amifostine for injection. METHODS: After derivatization of amifostine, UV spectrophotometry was selected to determine the content of amifostine based on acetylacetone-foimaldchyde as derivatized reagent and boric acid-acetic acid as buffer. The detection wavelength was 369 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of amifostine was 0.75-5 mg/ml (r=0.999 1) with an average recovery of 100.61% (RSD=1.94% , n=3). CONCLUSIONS: The method is proved to be simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible, and it is suitable for the content determination of Amifostine for injection.
