摘　　要：目的:对我院住院药房药品损耗情况进行调查研究,为减少药品资源浪费提供相关建议。方法:对我院住院药房药品损耗情况从药品包装损耗类型、自动包药机造成的药品损耗等几方面进行统计、分析,探讨降低药品损耗的措施方法。结果与结论:外包装损耗类型主要包括玻璃瓶破损等,多由药品运输和包装质量引起;自动包药机主要是由于机器发生故障而造成部分药品损耗。建议生产厂家改进药品外包装,药品运输时加强注意,药房工作人员加强责任心等,将药品损耗率降到最低。OBJECTIVE： To provide a good suggestion about reduction of medicine resources waste by investigating medicine loss in inpatient pharmacy of our hospital. METHODS ： Medicine losses of inpatient pharmacy in our hospital were analyzed statistically in respects of type of package loss, medicine loss induced by auto-packet machine, etc. Measures about reducing medicine loss were investigated. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Types of external packing loss mainly include glass bottle damage and so on, resulting from the transportation and the quality of package; machine stoppage of auto-packet machine could cause medicine loss partially. In order to get low rate of medicine loss, we suggest manufacturer to improve external package and pay attention to medicine transportation, encourage pharmacy workers＇ responsibility, etc.
