摘　　要：目的:开发基于Excel的药品配伍禁忌审查表。方法:根据重庆市妇幼保健院建立的常用药品配伍检索表,利用Excel的内置函数和VBA语言编制药品配伍禁忌审查表。进行实例分析,并与常用药品配伍检索表审查的是否存在配伍禁忌结果进行对比。结果与结论:药品配伍禁忌审查表的审查结果与常用药品配伍检索表的审查结果一致。该药品配伍禁忌审查表操作简单、界面明了,为调剂部门的药师和临床科室的护士、医师提供了快速查询药品配伍禁忌的方法。OBJECTIVE： To develop the drug incompatibility checker based on Microsoft Excel. METHODS： According to the checking table of common drug compatibility by Chongqing Health Center for Women and Children, the drug incompatibility checker was developed using the Excel-based functions and VBA programming language, and it was compared with drug incompatibility cheched by checking table of common drug compatibility. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The result calculated by the checker is consistent with checking table of common drug compatibility. The interface of the spreadsheet program is simple and clear, and it is a quick way for pharmacists in dispensing department, nurses and physicians in clinical department to inquire drug incompatibility.
