摘　　要：目的:为临床药师参与脑梗死合并肺部感染的抗感染治疗及药学监护提供参考。方法:临床药师参与了1例脑梗死合并肺部感染的老年患者的治疗,为医师提供药物治疗信息、分析用药后的疗效及安全性、监护患者的用药过程。结果:临床药师在治疗过程中积极发现不良反应,并及时调整用药。结论:临床药师利用专业的药物知识在治疗团队中发挥了保障患者用药安全、有效的积极作用。OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for antiinfection treatment and pharmaceutical care of cerebral infarction compli cating with pulmonary infection by clinical pharmacists. METHODS： Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment for a case of cerebral infarction complicating with pulmonary infection. They provided drug therapy information, analyzed the effect and safety of drug therapy, and then monitored patients＇ medical procedures. RESULTS ： Clinical pharmacist found ADR actively and adjust ed drug regimen in time during treatment. CONCLUSIONS： Clinical pharmacists may use their professional knowledge to ensure the safe and effective use of drugs in patients.
