摘　　要：服务型政府建设目标的提出促进了理论研究的快速发展。2012年CNKI服务型政府研究文献从成果数量和质量、研究领域和方法、研究内容和视角、研究深度和理性都达到了新的高度。2012年CNKI服务型政府研究文献在"为什么建设服务型政府、建设什么样的服务型政府、如何建设服务型政府"方面做出了深刻回答,彰显了公共管理研究者对服务型政府建设的研究理性和学术关切。The goal of construction a service--oriented government promoted the rapid development of its theoretical research. The published literature about service--oriented government research in CNKI reached new heights from the quantity and the quality of research results, research fields and methods, research content and perspectives to research depth and rationality in 2012. Which give an rational answer to the problem of why we build a service--oriented government, what kind of service--oriented government should we build and how to build a service--oriented government. These research results manifest the rationality and academic concern of public management researchers about the construction of a service--oriented government.
