摘　　要：我国对行政文化的研究已有二十多年的时间,研究成果甚多,但对其研究成果探讨的甚少。本文在CNKI数据库中,通过对行政文化概念中提炼出的反映行政文化内容的相关主题词进行精确检索,对检索到的有效数据进行分析总结,梳理出二十多年来行政文化的论域、研究热点和学者分布,从中发现行政文化研究的特点和缺失,并简析这种研究态势的基本成因和影响,以期为其他理论研究者和政策制定者提供一定的借鉴与参考。Research of Administrative culture has risen so far more than 20 years. Although its research results are so plentiful, few results are discussed. In this paper, I use the heading words of administration culture to search the relative papers in CNKI database. It analyses and summarizes the valid data in order to examine current research and academic hottopics and scholar distribution and find the features of research and deficiency of administration culture research for more than 20 years. I will make a brief analysis on cause and of impact of administration culture of the research, and then provides certain reference for other researchers and policy makers. administration idea
