摘 要:采用超临界流体萃喷造粒(SFEE)技术直接从样品基体中萃取纳米颗粒,研制了SFEE装置,并实现其自动控制和数据处理,利用该装置制备了烷基烯酮二聚物(AKD)和硬脂酸纳米颗粒,硬脂酸微粒平均粒径为0.9m,属亚微米级;经AKD处理的纸张疏水表面接触角最高达154°,具备超疏水性能,验证了该技术的可行性和装置的技术性能.A patented supercritical fluid extraction and expansion (SFEE) apparatus for preparation of particulate products was established, in which supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) with rapid expansion of supercritical solution (RESS) were coupled with. The SFEE technology can directly prepare target nanoparticles from the sample matrix. The demo instrument was controlled by a workstation for automatic control and data analysis. Finally, the applied research using the apparatus was carried out. The mean diameter of stearic acid particles prepared by the apparatus was 0.9 μm, and the contact angle of the paper surface treated by SFEE-AKD was 154°, which meets the requirements of the super hydrophobic properties. So the feasibility of this patent technology and the performance of the demo instrument were verified.
